We have early am, mid am, and evening sessions that fit into anyone's busy schedule.
The winners are determined by the "OVERALL" transformation, which is a combination of the overall % of bodyweight lost, before-and-after pictures, and the internal transformation experienced. Fit Body Headquarters will be determining the overall winners.
Not at all! Our program is designed for all fitness levels. Our trainers will help modify exercises to match your current abilities while challenging you to improve.
You'll feel welcome from day one! Our coaches and community are incredibly supportive, and we'll guide you through every workout. Plus, you'll have a proper orientation to help you feel confident from the start.
Our workouts are thoughtfully designed for our local community, with your goals and needs in mind. We pride ourselves on providing personalized attention, genuine community support, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Plus, our 30-minute results-driven workouts are strategically scheduled throughout the day to give you more flexibility in finding a time that works for you.
We encourage you to work out a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results.
Our coaches will modify each and every exercise in the workout to fit your current fitness level and specific needs, including prior injuries or other physical ailments you may have.
Absolutely! Many choose to continue their journey with us after seeing their initial results. We offer several options to keep your momentum going, which we'll discuss when you come in.
